Mike
S. Bennett, Sr. graduated
from Valdosta State University after serving four years in
the United States Air Force. He obtained his Juris Doctorate
degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University
in 1977. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association
and the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association. His primary practice
involves personal injury, medical malpractice, domestic litigation,
business law, criminal law, and military law. Mike has appeared
in courts in several different states across the Nation. Mike
also spearheads the mediation and arbitration services offered
by Bennett Law Firm, LLP. Mike has previously served as President
of numerous organizations in Valdosta, including the Valdosta
Bar Association and Valdosta Rotary Club. For his years of
service and dedication to the community, Mike was recently
presented the prestigious Justice Robert Benham Award for Community
Service at a special ceremony at the State Bar Office in Atlanta. |

Michael

from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1993. He
is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
and the Valdosta Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys
and is President of the Valdosta Bar Association for 2008.
Michael’s primary practice is handling criminal cases, domestic
litigation, business law, estate, probate, and real estate.
Michael is actively involved in the Valdosta Kiwanis Club and
is a former Board member for the United Way. |

Jim
T. Bennett graduated
from Valdosta State University in 1995 and obtained his law degree
from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1998.
Jim’s primary practice is handling personal injury cases, medical
malpractice, workers’ compensation, domestic litigation, and estate/probate
matters. Jim is a member of the tort and workers' compensation
sections of the State Bar of Georgia. In his spare time, Jim has
taught legal studies courses at Valdosta State University. Jim
has served as a volunteer youth baseball coach for the last ten
years. |

Richard
A. Wilkes graduated
from Valdosta State University in 2001. He
obtained his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 2004.He
is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
and is a certified NFL Player Agent. His primary practice involves
domestic litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, real estate and
probate. Richard volunteers as a youth baseball coach with the
Valdosta Parks and Recreation and is an active alumni of the Valdosta
Chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity. |
