Injury & Wrongful Death |
|
Personal injury cases include car, truck,
motorcycle, tractor-trailer accidents, slip and fall, and other
incidents where the negligence of another causes someone to suffer
an injury or death. When you are injured or your loved one is
killed in such an accident, it is important that you are compensated
for your monetary losses (i.e. lost wages, medical bills, property
damage, funeral bills, etc.) and for your non-monetary losses
(i.e. pain and suffering). Our Firm will work hard to make sure
that you are fairly compensated. |
|
| Medical
Malpractice |
Medical Malpractice
occurs when a medical provider (i.e. physician, nurse, hospital)
is negligent in rendering care to a patient, thus causing death,
injury, or impairment to the patient. This negligent care often
results in catastrophic consequences to the patient and his or
her family. Medical Malpractice cases are complex to handle
and expensive to litigate. We have the experience and resources
available to evaluate, prepare, and successfully litigate the most
difficult of Medical Malpractice cases. |
|
| Workers’
Compensation |
When you are injured
on the job, in most circumstances you are entitled to some form
of Workers’ Compensation benefits, whether it be medical benefits
or payment for lost wages. We will make sure that you obtain the
necessary medical treatment and that you are treated fairly by
your employer. |

| Family
Law |
Family Law covers
a broad range of issues including divorce, child custody, child
support, division of property, legal separation, parental rights
terminations, adoptions, etc. We have handled thousands of Family
Law cases involving just about every imaginable issue. |
|
| Wills,
Probate, & Estates |
We can help you
prepare your Will, whether it be simple or complex. We can also
advise you with regard to other Estate Planning issues. When a
loved one dies, someone is charged with the responsibility of handling
their Estate. If the decedent had a Will, then it is necessary
to “probate” the estate. However, if the decedent did not have
a Will, then the process of handling the estate is called “administration”.
We will walk the executor or administrator through what is often
a very complex and emotional process. |
|
| Business
Law |
Business Law also
covers a broad range of topics. If you have a new business, we
can help you decide which business entity (i.e. Corporation, LLC,
LLP, etc.) is best for you and take the steps to legally form the
business for you. We also represent many existing businesses,
large and small, with regard to matters that inevitably come up
in the business world. |

your rights are protected. |
|

|
| Military
Law |
Due to our close
proximity to Moody Air Force Base, we have represented hundreds
of base personnel and other members of our Armed Services over
the last five decades. In our practice, Military Law most often
comes up in the context of divorce cases (i.e. division of military
retirement). |
